Lawsuit Filed Against Lagrange Police Officer’s Spouse for Embezzlement & Theft of Money

On May 30, 2024, a complaint for damages was filed in the Troup County Superior Court against Brandy Clower and Joshua Clower. Complaint alleges that Brandy stole at least $750,000.00 and said money was taken, embezzled, and converted to the Defendants’ use. The suit also alleges that Brandy had unfettered access to all six bank accounts belonging to Holiday Realtors.

Dates unknown to the Plaintiffs, Brandy would hire husband Joshua to perform upkeep and maintenance on the properties managed by Holliday Realtors.

Item 12 of the suit states that “All of the funds stolen by the Defendants were used to support a lavish lifestyle that the Defendants clearly could not support based upon their salaries.
