Revenge by Former Grantville Public Official
Charles “Red” Phillips has made a statement that he will be pursuing litigation against GT to have him dissolved.
A former Grantville Committee member Charles Phillips, has openly stated that he will be pursing the court to dissolving Georgia Transparency (GT). Mr. Phillips claims that GT should’ve done a better job at attempting to control what subscribers do after releasing a story. It appears that Mr. Phillips agrees that Russell is a journalist because he references the releases as stories.
Mr. Phillips believes that GT will look like an idiot trying to convince a jury that GT couldn’t help the actions that pursued from videos and posts.
There appears to be no evidence that GT supports or condones any threats of violence against any public official or anyone in that matter.
If Mr. Phillips does not agree with a story a journalist releases, does that mean Mr. Phillips can have their freedoms restricted. Having freedoms restricted because Mr. Phillips’s feelings got hurt and he doesn’t like it?
